I’m Brooke, founder of Fearless to Flourish. I’ve spent years coaching women through real, lasting transformation, not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. My approach is rooted in experience, education, and an unwavering commitment to doing things the right way: sustainably, intentionally, and with integrity.

As Fearless to Flourish has grown, so has the need for exceptional support. That’s why this team exists. Every coach you see here has been hand-selected, personally mentored, and trained under my coaching philosophy. They aren’t just assistants, they are an extension of me and this brand. We collaborate closely, communicate constantly, and coach together under the same standards, values, and expectations.

Marissa

Hi, I’m Marissa a CPT, NPC Bikini Competitor, and coach with Fearless to Flourish. I also serve as the team’s Onboarding Specialist, meaning I’m often the first person you’ll meet when exploring coaching with us. My role is to walk you through how the program works, talk through your goals, and make sure you feel clear, supported, and confident as you get started.

For years, I knew what I should be doing but wasn’t fully committed. Real change didn’t happen until I stopped making excuses and took ownership of my habits. That experience shapes how I coach today. I believe in clarity, consistency, and accountability, helping women cut through confusion, build discipline, and create progress that actually lasts.

Emily

Hi, I’m Emily! I am a NASM-certified coach with a background in psychology, competitive athletics, and bodybuilding. I didn’t start my journey feeling confident or capable in my body. I was skinny, had little muscle, and felt disconnected from both my physique and my relationship with food. For a long time, real change felt out of reach until I learned how to train, fuel, and support my body with intention.

Today, I bring that lived experience into my coaching. I’m thoughtful, detail-oriented, and deeply intentional in everything I do. I love teaching and helping women understand the why behind their training and nutrition so they feel empowered, not overwhelmed. My goal is to help women build strength, confidence, and a body they feel proud of, while maintaining a healthy, sustainable relationship with food and fitness.
